AI Connector add-on $29 / year

Multisite

One connector. Whole network. Per-site auth. Network-wide controls.

The free AI Connector core works on any single WordPress site. The Multisite add-on extends it across an entire WP multisite network — with per-subsite OAuth boundaries, network-admin dashboards, and shared-infrastructure rate limits. Built for agencies, SaaS providers, university intranets, and anyone running 5+ sites under one network.

The problem

Multisite networks need shared infrastructure with separate boundaries.

When you run an agency or a SaaS on WordPress multisite, every subsite is technically independent — different content, different admins, different access patterns. But they all share one server, one database, and one set of WordPress hooks. Adding AI to that picture without proper isolation creates two problems: cross-site data leaks, and one subsite eating resources at the expense of all the others.

The Multisite add-on solves both by giving each subsite its own OAuth boundary and rate-limit budget, while exposing a network-admin layer that can see and control the whole picture.

What you get

Six controls for running AI Connector at network scale.

1

Per-site OAuth boundaries

Each subsite has its own OAuth client and tokens. An agent connected to site A cannot read or write site B without an explicit second connection.

2

Network-admin dashboard

See every active connection across the network in one place. Spot which subsites are using AI heavily, which agents are connected where, and revoke globally.

3

Per-site rate limits

Subsite admins set their own per-IP and per-agent rate limits. Network admins set network-wide caps to protect shared infrastructure from runaway loops.

4

Subsite isolation

A misbehaving connection on one subsite cannot exhaust resources for the rest of the network. Errors and suspensions are scoped to the originating site.

5

Network-wide kill switch

Turn off all AI connections across the network with one toggle. Useful for incident response, security audits, or a planned maintenance window.

6

Centralised audit log

Network admin sees a unified log across all subsites. Filter by site, agent, action type, or date. Export the lot for compliance reviews.

Who it's for

Agencies, SaaS providers, and any network of 5+ sites.

If you maintain client sites under one WordPress multisite install, this is the cleanest way to give every client AI capability without giving them access to each other's content. If you run a managed-hosting product on multisite, this is how you offer "AI inside WordPress" as a feature without managing 200 separate plugin configurations.

For single-site operators, the free core is everything you need. Multisite only matters when there's more than one site under one roof.

One connector. Many sites. Clean boundaries.

Install AI Connector free on the network. Add Multisite when you need per-subsite separation and network-admin visibility.
