Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Axtolab processes for accounts, checkout, downloads, license validation, updates, support, and website use.

Last updated: May 13, 2026

Who controls this policy

Axtolab operates Axtolab.com and the Axtolab product account, checkout, download, update, and support flows. For privacy questions, email support@axtolab.com.

Account and checkout information

  • Name, email address, business name, country, website URL, order details, subscription status, and billing identifiers needed to complete checkout and support your account.
  • Payment card details are handled by Stripe. Axtolab does not store full card numbers.

License, download, and update information

  • License key status, product or plugin slug, version, site URL or domain, activation state, update checks, and download entitlement data.
  • This data is used to deliver downloads, validate licenses, provide updates, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot support requests.

Support information

  • Messages you send to support, screenshots or error messages you choose to include, and order/account details needed to resolve the request.
  • Do not send passwords, private API keys, SSH keys, Application Passwords, or full license keys in support messages.

Website and security information

  • Basic technical data such as IP address, browser, device, pages visited, timestamps, and security logs may be processed to protect the website, measure site performance, and prevent abuse.

Provider keys and AI content

Some Axtolab products let you configure your own AI-provider or media-provider key inside WordPress. Those keys are intended to stay in your WordPress site unless a specific product feature clearly says it sends data elsewhere.

If you use an AI client or provider account with Axtolab products, that provider may process prompts, generated content, images, metadata, or usage according to that provider's own terms and privacy policy.

Services we use

Axtolab may use service providers to operate the website, checkout, account, email, download, license, update, and support flows. These may include:

  • Stripe for payment processing, receipts, subscription billing, and billing-management links.
  • WooCommerce and WordPress for account, order, download, and license workflows on Axtolab.com.
  • Cloudflare infrastructure for site delivery, security, and file delivery.
  • Email and support tooling for transactional email, support responses, and optional marketing messages when you opt in.

Marketing email

Transactional emails, such as order receipts, download links, license messages, renewal notices, and support replies, are sent as part of the account and product relationship.

Marketing email should only be sent where you have opted in or where otherwise permitted. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails without cancelling transactional product emails that are needed for purchases, security, licenses, or support.

Retention, security, and access

We keep account, order, license, download, support, and security records for as long as reasonably needed to provide products, comply with legal and tax obligations, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and support customers.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure. You should keep your own WordPress admin account, provider keys, and AI-client accounts secure.

You can contact support to ask for access, correction, or deletion of personal information where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or security reasons.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Axtolab products and services change. When we do, the updated date on this page will change.
