Terms for Axtolab products

These terms explain how Axtolab product downloads, licenses, subscriptions, support, and third-party service boundaries work.

Last updated: May 13, 2026

1. What these terms cover

These terms apply to Axtolab-distributed WordPress plugins, add-ons, bundle products, updates, license validation, downloads, and related support services purchased or downloaded through Axtolab.com.

Some products may also include product-specific notes on their product page, checkout page, documentation, or order confirmation. If product-specific wording is more specific than this page, that product-specific wording applies for that product.

2. Accounts and checkout

Axtolab may require an account so downloads, license keys, order history, update access, and support can be tied to the email address used at checkout.

You are responsible for keeping your account email accurate and for protecting access to your email account and WordPress admin account.

3. Licenses, downloads, and updates

A paid subscription gives you access to downloads, license validation, updates, and support for the purchased product or bundle tier while the subscription is active.

A single-site license is for one active production site unless the product page or checkout says otherwise. A multi-site or agency tier allows the stated number of active sites.

Bundle tiers use one bundle license key for the listed add-ons in that tier. Install Axtolab AI Connector first, then install and activate each add-on you plan to use.

4. Subscriptions and cancellation

Paid add-ons and bundles are sold as annual subscriptions unless a product page says otherwise.

Founder Beta pricing, when offered, applies to the first year only unless the checkout page explicitly says otherwise. Renewals use the standard annual price shown at checkout.

Founder Beta paid purchases have a 30-day full-refund window. Standard non-beta paid purchases use the regular 14-day first-purchase review window in the Refund Policy.

You can cancel future renewal through the billing-management path provided after checkout or by contacting support from the email address used for the order.

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal. It does not automatically refund payments already made or remove access already provided for the active paid term unless a refund is approved under the Refund Policy.

5. Support boundary

Axtolab support covers account access, license recovery, installation, activation, updates, and plugin behavior that is not working as documented.

Support does not include custom site development, custom prompt engineering, debugging private custom code, resolving AI-provider billing disputes, or managing third-party services unless separately agreed in writing.

Do not send passwords, private provider API keys, SSH keys, WordPress Application Passwords, or full license keys in first-contact support messages.

6. AI workflows and customer responsibility

Axtolab products help connect supported AI clients and WordPress workflows, but you remain responsible for reviewing prompts, generated content, settings, product data, images, and any action before it affects a live site or customer-facing page.

You are responsible for your own WordPress site, hosting, AI-provider accounts, API keys, client subscriptions, provider usage charges, and compliance obligations.

7. Third-party services

Axtolab products may work with third-party services such as Stripe for payments, WooCommerce for checkout and account delivery, Cloudflare infrastructure for delivery and protection, WordPress, AI clients, and AI or media providers you configure.

Third-party services have their own terms, privacy policies, limits, availability, and billing rules. Axtolab is not responsible for charges or behavior from third-party accounts you control.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use Axtolab products to attack, spam, scrape unlawfully, bypass security controls, infringe rights, violate platform policies, or generate or publish content you do not have the right to use.

Axtolab may limit or refuse support, update access, or account services where use appears abusive, fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful to the platform, customers, or infrastructure.

9. Changes to products or terms

Axtolab may improve, update, rename, replace, or discontinue product features over time. We aim to preserve paid customer access to the product or bundle purchased during the active term, but exact interfaces and supported third-party integrations may change.

We may update these terms. When we do, the updated date on this page will change.
