Use cases

First product workflow

Use AI Store Manager on one WooCommerce product before wider catalogue work.

Updated

Start with one low-risk product. The goal is to prove the workflow and review pattern before using it across important catalogue pages.

Before you edit

Choose a product that:

  • Is not your highest-traffic product.
  • Has enough existing information for the assistant to work from.
  • Can tolerate a draft copy review.
  • Has an obvious before/after change you can inspect.

First workflow

  1. Open Products in WooCommerce.
  2. Open the test product.
  3. Find the Axtolab Store Manager controls on the product edit screen.
  4. Ask for a short product-description improvement.
  5. Review the generated preview.
  6. Apply only if the content is accurate.
  7. Update the product manually after review.

Good first instruction:

Rewrite this product description to be clearer and more benefit-led. Keep the same factual claims and do not invent specifications.

Review checklist

Before saving, check:

  • Product facts are unchanged.
  • No unsupported claims were added.
  • Tone matches the store.
  • Shipping, warranty, health, or compliance claims were not invented.
  • The short description still fits the product page layout.

Roll back if needed

If you applied a change and do not like it:

  1. Use WordPress revisions where available.
  2. Check the AI Connector audit/rollback area if the action was captured there.
  3. Restore the previous product copy.

Next steps

After one product works well, repeat the process on a small batch. Keep human review in place for public product pages.
